A NEW MONOLOGUE
by
MARGERY KREITMAN
Dramaturgy by Jayne Wenger
While attending a week long silent meditation
retreat, Margery is tested by the challenges
inherent in soul-searching
and enlightenment. Her goal:
to relieve chronic stress, chronic pain
and chronic heartache
due to the break-up of
a long-term relationship.
During the course of the retreat, she gains insight
about her chronic conditions,
and deals with the pain and suffering
of living
without
her iPhone.
And she eats well.
SATURDAY, AUGUST 9th
